Andrea Matias Arce is a passionate third-year student hailing from the sunny coastal town of Oceanside, California. As Andrea navigates the academic landscape, they proudly embrace a double major that reflects their diverse interests and aspirations. With one foot planted firmly in the world of Real Estate Development (RED) and the other in Urban Planning and Studies, Andrea finds themself at the exciting intersection of shaping vibrant urban landscapes and fostering sustainable communities. Their passions don't stop there. When Andrea is not immersed in the world of academia, you can find them lost in the melodies of the piano. Music has always been their refuge, allowing them to express themselves and connect with others on a deep emotional level. Beyond academic pursuits, Andrea enjoys engaging in activities that exercise both my mind and body. Pilates has become their go-to practice, as it not only strengthens their physical well-being but also provides a mindful space for self-reflection. Andrea finds solace in the pages of thought-provoking books, where they can explore different perspectives and expand their understanding of the world. Traveling is another passion, as it opens doors to new cultures, diverse landscapes, and endless inspiration. Whether Andrea is exploring the bustling streets of a vibrant city or immersing themself in the tranquil beauty of nature, each journey fuels their creativity and broadens my horizons. Spending quality time with family and friends is at the heart of who Andrea is. Their love and support are the pillars that uplift them in both challenging and joyous times. And when they’re not busy exploring the urban landscape or indulging in my hobbies, you can most likely find Andrea in the kitchen, experimenting with flavors and creating delectable dishes. Cooking and baking have become outlets for Andrea’s creativity, allowing them to bring people together through the joy of shared meals and delicious treats.
