This was a short class. We did not have much to do since the two dances and NAPs due date are coming up.
The Casa de Manana Dance was on Friday, so we were just making sure that everything was ready and checking up on each tasks. We were also doing a little final planning for the Senior Prom at the Gary and Mary West Center that will be next Saturday. We went over what the raffle prizes will be for both events. Professor Lewis and Bussell bought a lot of blankets from Costco, I think, since it was such a great deal. Gift cards and orchids were also brought up. The ride situation was also determined, we had to go early to Casa to decorate. I am not so worried about the Casa dance, since they actually prepared a lot for us. I feel like the West Center’s Senior Prom will be more work since we are on our own for food and entertainment. However, I am really excited for both and to see everybody have a great time. We then talked a little about our individual or small group HAPs. I had a few ideas of my HAP and maybe jump onto another one or two. Kelly gave me a great suggestion for my HAP, so I will look into it more. It may be related to Casa de Manana’s choir group and children. We also did a check-in for the NAPs. They are due next Wednesday, so our group discussed when we should finish the paper and the powerpoint by. I think the La Jolla group is ready and hope our findings are eye opening.
There was not much to say for this blog post, not a lot happened in class. Anyways, catch y’all later.
Gotta’ go, buffalo.
