Now that we're back, we got straight into to it! We had started thinking about our HAP projects at the end of the last quarter and I knew that I wanted to do something in regards to tell people's stories. I was happy to see that there were other people that had the same idea and that wanted to create artistic displays to show off the stories of these people who are often times silenced.
I want to give a shoutout to all of the groups because I was very inclined to be a part of a lot of them, but creating an art display of the Oral History projects is what we finally decided on. We decided that we would collect them from our class and from alumni and possibly our friends. We want to find an on campus and off campus place to display them and make sure that we are able to show both the image of the EP, a little blurb and the artifact associated with the project. All in all, I think the challenges we might face are finding a place to exhibit our project both on and off campus and just being able to work around our budget.
